Tim Phillips collected another St Ives Cycling Club 10-mile time trial triumph last week.
He clocked a time of 23.10 to pip closest rival Adrian Beer by four seconds in an event made tricky due to blustery conditions.
Charlie Bratt (24.53) took third place with Wendy Gooding being the fastest female on how. She finished eighth in 25.55.
Young prospect Max Falkner enjoyed a fine debut in the event. The 14 year-old was the first junior finisher when taking ninth position in 26.28.
