A talented St Ives cricketer celebrated his first-ever century last Sunday.
Jack Ranganathan hit an unbeaten 100 when play for Cambridgeshire Under 12s against Suffolk.
Rangathan reached three figures off just 108 balls at Sawston CC and dispatched 16 of them to the boundary for fours.
He was responsible for almost half of Cambs’ total of 213-7, which was eclipsed by Suffolk with 14 balls to spare.
Ranganathan lives in Cambourne, but has played for St Ives from Under 7 level.
