Eynesbury Rovers Under 10 White are celebrating a first piece of silverware.
Tony McKie’s young talents tasted victory in the recent Neil Olsen Memorial Tournament staged by South Lincolnshire club Deeping Rangers.
Rovers roared to six successive victories after being beaten in their opening group game of the six-a-side event.
They saw off host club Deeping A 1-0 in the semi-final thanks to a Max Jordan strike and then beat Holbeach 2-0 in the showpiece clash as Jake Bell and Ryan Borman found the net.
The successful Eynesbury squad was made up of Luke Knell, Francesca Hamer, Freddie Bone, Harry Williams, Max Jordan, Jake Bell, Ryan Borman and Harrison Webb.
