The highest-scorer in Cambs League football has seen his season ended by serious injury.
Striker Josh Turner, who has scored 52 goals for Huntingdon side AFC Barley Mow, suffered a broken right leg in two places and a dislocated ankle yesterday.
The injury occurred only seven minutes into a Division 3B clash against Upwell Town, which was abandoned.
Turner was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital and is due to undergo surgery in the coming days.
