Huntingdon BRJ Run & Tri member James Orrell has received a prestigious award.
The club’s junior captain won the ‘Achievement over Adversity’ accolade at the Cambridge & District Secondary School Sports Awards.
Year 11 pupil Orrell was put forward by his PE teachers at Cambourne Village College in recognition of his excellent cross-country running.
He was presented with the award by former world and Commonwealth diving champion Rebecca Gallantree.
