A VARIETY of fish comprised the top weights in Sunday's match in Dolphin Meadow. Colin Leach won the match with a fantastic 16lb 12oz of roach caught on wheat, while Chris Geeson included a two-and-a-half-pound perch and bream in his second place weight.
RESULT: 1 Colin Leach 16lb 12oz, 2 Chris Geeson 8lb 12.5oz, 3 Paul Ashcroft 5lb 9oz.
STEVE Ashwell maintained his winning comeback with 36lb at Cromwell Lake last Saturday. Stan finished second and Steve Garaghty was third.

KEVIN Peacock won Sunday's match on the Narrows with more than 300 small fish for 15lb 5oz. Keith Rayment was second - with several pound skimmers included in his 14lb 2oz - and Roger Gowler was third.
RESULT: 1 Kevin Peacock 15lb 5oz, 2 Keith Rayment 14lb 2oz, 3 Roger Gowler 12lb 7oz.

MARK Dickerson won last Saturday's Page Cup match with 8lb 14oz.

GARETH James won Sunday's round three of the King of the Pond final series with two late carp giving him a total weight of 9lb 4oz. Tony Watling was second and Steve Webb finished third.

ALTHOUGH there were some good weights, many of the anglers struggled in last weekend's two-day final. Stuart Bracey, with 47lb 3oz on Saturday, went into the Sunday match with a good cushion - and with the top weights on Sunday close together he was the overall winner with an almost 30lb margin.
Neil Parkinson finished second by just 6oz from Glen Burden, with the other top six places also close.
