The pike season has got off to a great start as the cold wintry weather arrives.
Paul Marriott had a session on local waters, landing several pike through the day, including a monstrous 25lb 6oz in the afternoon.
A new personal best for Paul fell for a small legered roach.
Mike Bartlett of St Ives Tackle started his Fen Drain campaign in style with several pike, including a 13lb 8oz and 19lb that fell for float fished sardines.
Mickey Bartlett also went for his first trip of the winter and claimed a typical Fen Drain pike of around 9lb on a float fished Bluey.
