KINDHEARTED staff from NatWest in St Ives turned out in force earlier this month to help Warboys CC spruce up their ground ahead of the new cricket season.
As part of the annual NatWest CricketForce weekend, the sightscreens were given a new coat of paint, the nets area tidied up and re-erected for practise sessions, while the kitchen facilities were also cleaned and re-decorated.
Club chairman Martin Coucher said: “It was great to see so many players, helpers and non-players alike, here for the event.
“NatWest staff have generously given practical help with the work and the ground has never looked in better condition.”
