Priory Parkside staged their annual summer tournament last Sunday – and there were two home successes.
The St Neots-based club triumphed in the Under 14 Girls and Under 16 Girls categories – needing a penalty shoot-out to see off Hitchin Belles in the older bracket.
Buckden Vultures completed a tournament hat-trick when triumphing in the Under 10 section.
Colin Deans’ lads followed up victories in the Mid Beds Tigers and Godmanchester Rovers events with another success.
A solitary goal settled the final against Little Paxton after a penalty shoot-out win over Alconbury in the last four.
Other local winners at Priory Parkside were St Neots Town Under 8s and Godmanchester Town Under 14s.
