BIS League Division 1B
Waterbeach Res 0 Huntingdon RGE 2
RGE travelled to Waterbeach in good spirits after last week's fine away win. The visitors started strongly and it was no surprise when they took a deserved lead with Richard Parnell finishing a fine flowing move. Huntingdon continued to press forward but found the home goalkeeper in excellent form.
The second half saw RGE quick off the mark when Paul Nevill opened his account for the club with a fine stiker's goal. The half carried on with RGE putting their hosts under continued pressure but a combination of luck and superb goalkeeping kept the score at 2-0 but Huntingdon's fine start to the season continues.

Sapley Rovers 1 Southoe 0
SAPLEY edged a tight game thanks to a superb goal from Ben Heath.
Sapley shaded an even first half and should have gone in to the break one goal up but Tony Peacock saw his penalty strike the Southoe upright.
Heath drilled home the winner from outside the box on the hour mark though Rovers were indebted to some fine defending from man of the match Jezz Smith to hold on for victory.
