Cardboard boxes became beds for the night for youngsters belonging to 1st Earith, Bluntisham and Colne Scout Group.
Nearly 60 beavers, cubs and scouts made a makeshift camp in the hall at St Helen’s Primary School in Bluntisham.
It is the fourth year they have camped out under cardboard and this time the group raised funds for lifesaving charity Magpas, members having visited the operations base in Huntingdon last year.
More than £200 was made and the grand total was yet to be calculated.
The boxes were donated by Boxes and Packaging Cambridge Ltd in St Ives.
