A woman was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital this morning after her car left the road and ended up in a ditch.
The emergency services were called to the A141 at Wyton at 5.16am after a car left the road and ended up in a ditch on its roof.
The Magpas Helimedix rapid response BMW with doctor Lee Soomaroo and paramedic Ollie Robinson assessed a woman in her 50s who was suffering from neck pain. The Magpas team provided the patient with pain relief, before she was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, in a stable condition, by land ambulance. The Helimedix also assessed a second patient, a man in his 50s, who had suffered chest pain, and provided him with pain relief. He too was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital by land ambulance in a stable condition.
The ambulance also treated a third patient on the scene.
