A WOMAN in her twenties was rushed to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by emergency medical charity Magpas after falling from a horse in Abbots Ripton this morning.
Volunteer doctors Maria Smith and paramedic Dan Read attended the patient who sustained serious rib and leg injuries and had to be sedated.
The woman, who has not been identified was thrown from the animal and landed on a fence.
She is currently receiving treatment.
