A woman was hit by a car in St Neots this morning (Wednesday).

Police were called to Tebbutts Road at 11.32am after the collision involving a grey Vauxhall Zafira.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said an ambulance crew treated a woman in her 40s for a suspected leg injury, which is not thought to be life-threatening. She was then taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon.
