Police are appealing for information after two people were attacked with glass bottles and chased in Huntingdon.
The incident took place between 1.40-1.45am on Saturday, October 31, as four people were walking home through the Huntingdon Town Park area, also known as Mushroom Park.
Cambridgehsire police’s Dave Griffin said: “They were approached by a group of four young males and one female aged in their early teams who have committed a completely unprovoked attack on two of the friends, hitting them with glass bottles.”
The victims suffered injuries to their faces as a result of the attack.
“The victims were then chased along the ring road towards the police station by three males wearing balaclavas,” added Mr Griffin.
