THE Met Office has upgraded its weather warning for Huntingdonshire to amber - the second most severe.
While most of today is expected to be dry, temperatures will not rise above 1C. Snow is expected this evening and overnight, spreading from the west.
The worst is expected to fall between 3am and 6am tomorrow morning.
Temperatures are expected to rise early next week, leading to a rapid thaw of the snow, which could cause problems in already-saturated areas.
