TWO people were taken to hospital following an accident involving a car and a pedestrian on the slip road on to the A14 westbound at Brampton Hut.
The pedestrian whose car had broken down was hit by a passing car, the driver of which was also hurt. Both were taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital but neither sustained serious injuries.
Police and the fire service attended the incident which happened at around 2.17pm today (August 16) and involved two other vehicles.
The slip road was closed by police abut has since been re-opened.
