TWO men were attacked after being confronted in the centre of St Neots.

The men, both aged 21, were left with facial injuries as a result of the assault at the crossroads of High Street, Cambridge Street and Huntingdon Road at about 2am on Saturday (April 13).

Officers have released CCTV images of two men they want to trace in relation with the assault.

Detective Constable Karin Peters, investigating, said: “I am keen to hear from anyone who recognises these two men as they could hold important information which could assist our inquiry.

“The area was quite busy at the time and I would urge anyone who witnessed the assaults to call police.

“The offenders were also with a woman at the time of the incident and we are keen to speak to her.”
