Kane Mitchell and Lucci Smith have been remanded in custody and will appear in court again on June 4.
Kane Mitchell, 30, of no fixed abode, but formerly of St Neots, has been charged with murder and remanded in custody to appear at Cambridge Crown Court tomorrow (June 4).
Lucci Smith, 29, of Pattison Court, has been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child. She has been remanded to appear at Cambridge Crown Court on June 4 also.
Teddie Mitchell, aged 12 weeks, died on November 11 at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, after sustaining injuries on November 1.
An inquest into the baby’s death was held in Huntingdon on November 21, but adjourned pending the outcome of forensic investigations.
