Thieves steal charity box and till from St Ives shops

Two shops in St Ives were hit with thefts on Saturday (November 2).
A member of staff at R&M Carpets, in Merryland, was dealing with a customer at about 1.30pm when an army cadets charity box was stolen. Around 15 minutes later a till from Hyperion Antiques, in Station Road, was taken while a member of staff was distracted.
Officers, who are linking the two thefts, have released CCTV pictures of two people they want to trace in connection.
They are not suspects but may have seen something.
