Companies in St Neots have two months to get their staff fighting fit to take part in a competition to find the town’s stongest business.
The Battle of the Businesses event is being organised by Alex Lowndes of Gainz Fitness & Strength, which has recently opened a premises at the Rowley Arts Centre, in Huntingdon Road, St Neots.
Teams will compete against each other and all proceeds from the competition, which takes place in May, will be donated to The Three Pillars - Feeding the Homeless charity.
Teams of three people will compete in challenges during the week commencing May 7, in a bid to secure one of three finalist spots on May 12 when the strongest business will be crowned. The challenges are: fastest treadmill mile; most bodyweight pull-ups, furthest distance on the grappler in two minutes; bodyweight bench press for repetitions; most body weight dips and most body weight dead lifts.
The cost for a team of three people is £100 and places must be book at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
