A TEENAGER who died after being struck by a train on a level crossing has been named.
Simonas Kriauciunas, 18, was hit by an East Coast train at Holme Lode level crossing, in Holme, at 9.30pm on Sunday (March 11).
Mr Kriauciunas, of Alexandra Road, Peterborough, was pronounced dead at the scene by Magpas Helimedix Doctor Jon Birks.
David Morris, South and West Cambridgeshire coroner, opened and adjourned an inquest into his death yesterday (Wednesday) at Lawrence Court, Huntingdon.
