A teenage boy seriously injured his arm at a park in St Neots on Saturday.

The East of England Ambulance Service were called to a park off Howitt's Lane in Eynesbury at 4.40pm.

The boy, who is in his early teens, had fallen in the playground and dislocated his elbow. EEAST paramedics treated him together with Magpas Helimedix who arrived via a rapid response car.

He was then taken by land ambulance to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon, in a stable condition.

A spokesman for EEAST said that the injury was not believed to be life-threatening.
