THREE teenagers accused of robbing a security guard in St Neots have had their case committed to the crown court.

THREE teenagers accused of robbing a security guard in St Neots have had their case committed to the crown court.

The boys, two from Romford and one from Ilford were arrested and charged with robbery at the end of December. The trio, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Huntingdon Youth Court yesterday. (Tuesday, February 1)

They did not enter a plea and all three have been ordered to appear at either Huntingdon or Peterborough Crown Court on Tuesday, February 25.

A security guard was carrying a bag containing cash to a van parked outside Argos on December 29 when the bag was snatched by a man. The man then ran to a nearby car containing two men.
