A St Neots tea room will feature in a Channel 4 property programme being aired tomorrow (Thursday) night.
Betty Bumbles Vintage Tea Rooms, owned by Michael Frydman and Sarah Hopley, is the setting for an interview which took place on the Location, Location, Location programme presented by Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer.
The pair help house-hunters to find the perfect home, and Thursday night’s programme features a couple who are looking to buy a house in the St Neots area and are interviewed by Phil Spencer in the tea room on the Market Square.
Mr Frydman said he received an email from the Location, Location, Location production company in April asking if they could film in the tea room, which opened in December 2013.
“The team filmed an interview with the couple in the upstairs tea room behind closed doors,” said Mr Frydman.
“Phil Spencer did the preamble interview where they talk about budget and the type of property they are looking for. It was a great day and nice to have this unique experience and we are delighted they chose us.”
INFO: The programme will be shown at 8pm on Thursday.
