A tattoo parlour in Huntingdon is hoping to give youngsters spending Easter in hospital a boost by donating a batch of chocolate eggs.
Ieuan Dear, owner of Endeavour Tattoo and Piercing Parlour, is hoping to beat the record set last year, when his team collected 68 eggs for youngsters on the Holly Ward, in Hinchingbrooke Hospital.
Mr Dear is welcoming donations right up until Easter Day (March 27), when the haul of eggs will be dropped off at the hospital.
He said: “We’ve all got kids and we understand that a hospital is never a nice place to be so we thought that, instead of just giving eggs to our own children, we would donate some to children at Hinchingbrooke as well.”
Anyone wishing to donate Easter eggs should drop them off at the tattoo parlour, at 4B Market Hill, in Huntingdon. There is no limit to size or value of the eggs donated.
