A TOTAL of 34 streets in Cambridgeshire will be closed at the end of April for royal wedding street parties.

Whereas the county council charges 850 for advertising road closures for commercial reasons, such as street markets, it is sticking to its policy of not charging for wedding celebrations, which it classes as community events.
