Pupils at Crosshall Infant School donated 25 boxes of food to help families in St Neots.
Parents bought specific products from a list provided by St Neots Food Bank – items the group needed to continue its work providing food parcels to families struggling to make ends meet.
The school is also a voucher holder for the food bank, meaning it can distribute vouchers to people who can redeem them at the food bank to claim three days of food.
PA to the headteacher Vanessa Parker said: “It has been an absolute pleasure for us to work with the St Neots Food Bank to help raise donations for them. We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of the parents and thank them very much.”
