A town pub has been granted permission to open until 3am on Saturdays and Sundays, subject to measures being taken to limit noise.
The Priory, in Market Square, was given the go ahead to amend its hours by Huntingdonshire District Council’s licensing sub-committee on Monday (September 15). It currently shuts at 2am at weekends.
Neighbours had objected to the extension, mainly due to noise from people outside.
As a condition of the new hours, a noise limiting device has to be fitted to control music volumes.
