St Neots was transported to a bygone era on Saturday as the town marked Armed Forces Day.
Hundreds took to Regatta Meadow to turn back the clock to the 1940s with serving and retired troops joining in the celebration.
Throughout the day, there was a best dressed competition, singers and dancers – that lent themselves to the era and a classic car show.
Crowds were also given a special treat of a fly-past by the RAF, and there were World War Two re-enactments.
As a part of the occasion, a flag raising ceremony was held to remember the fallen and those who are currently serving in the armed forces.
