FIREFIGHTERS rescued a swan impaled on a fence in St Neots this morning (Friday).
The crew from St Neots was sent to Cromwell Road, Eynesbury, at 7.10am and helped the bird, which has damaged its wing.
The swan was taken back to the fire station for the RSPCA to attend.
