Eaton Socon flooring distribution company Salesmark has paid tribute to the popular sales administrator by calling their new premises Charlotte Rose House. Charlottes family and colleagues gathered at the building in Little End Road on Friday (December 20), where managing director John Knight unveiled the sign. He said: She was bubbly, lovely, charismatic and loved by everyone a really great worker. She is dearly missed. Fellow director Carly Williams added: It transpired that she used to come here and have lunch with her dad when she was about five-years-old. Her mum and dad actually met here and her mum used to bring her here to have lunch [when it was called Ling Systems Conveyors]. We bought the building not knowing that. When we found out, we thought thats unreal. When we were buying the new building we thought calling it Charlotte Rose House would be a nice tribute to remember her by. Charlotte who was only 21 passed away at her home in Eaton Socon on March 19 this year from a rare congenital skull abnormality which can cause sudden death at any time. The condition can be an undetected hereditary condition and can affect one in a 1,000 people. Charlottes father Mick Rose said: We were very happy with the naming of the building and thought it was a lovely gesture. Its comforting to know that Charlotte was thought of so highly. We are very grateful for the support and kindness the guys there, and many other people, have given us since Charlotte passed away.
