YOU CAN DO IT: There was a rather close shave at St Neots B&Q on Saturday (November 25) as staff rounded off their week-long fundraising events for Children in Need.
Gardening worker, Ross Bevan, decided to have all 22-inches of his tresses lopped off for the children’s charity. The locks were clipped using a pair of the store’s very best shears and the money raised brought the grand total to an impressive 500.
Customer services assistant, Becky Jennings, who organised the week’s events, told The Hunts Post: “The whole week was successful and we raised a lot more money than last year. I just wanted to unite everyone in the store and do something for a good cause at the same time.”
