A MAN has been cautioned in connection with the theft of a mobile phone after police released a CCTV image.
The phone was taken from the counter of the HSBC bank in Market Hill, St Ives on October 10.
A 29-year-old man from St Ives has been cautioned for theft and the phone has been returned to the owner.
