A DRIVER was taken to hospital with minor injuries following a two-vehicle collision in St Ives this morning (Tuesday).
The incident happened on A1123 near the junction with the B1040 Somersham Road, at about 8.10am.
A Mazda and a van were involved in the collision, and the road was blocked while police recovered the vehicles, causing long tailbacks in both directions.
The driver of the Mazda suffered slight injuries and was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon, while the van driver was treated at the scene.
