Members of two Huntingdon-based organisations have been spreading a little Christmas cheer around the district.
The Rotary Club of Huntingdon Cromwell and the Huntingdon and District Round Table have been showcasing Santa and his sleigh for children in the area to enjoy.
Michael Edwards, rotary club secretary, said: “It is going well so far, we have people tracking us on Facebook so when we go to any particular area there are people out on the streets expecting us.”
Both organisations have been raising money and so far about £4,000 has been collected.
This year, the teams have been covering a wide location, stretching as far as Cambourne, as well as the traditional routes including Godmanchester, Hartford and Brampton.
Santa and his team of helpers continued their tour until Friday when they finished in Huntingdon town centre.
