The school is currently trying to raise funds to build a hydrotherapy pool in the grounds, and was presented with a cheque for £490 towards the project by a parent.
Debbie Ozturk and her friend Karen Clark organised a disco and raffle in Cambourne to raise the funds.
Headteacher, Julia Weston, said: "Hydrotherapy is a very important part of the curriculum for some of our students. It is great to have such fantastic support from one of our parents for such a massive undertaking for the school.
