Kind-hearted students from Abbey College in Ramsey delivered a sackful of presents to youngsters on the Holly Ward at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in the run up to Christmas.
Year 12 students Bryony Smith, Jordan Keilty, and Molly Halksworth dressed up as elves as they made their delivery to the hospital, in Huntingdon, on December 22.
The trio, with help from friends and teachers at the college, raised more than £1,300 with a series of fund-raising events held at the college in the final weeks of term, including a sell-out pantomime, a Christmas concert and various stalls.
Bryony, 16, said she chose to fund-raise for the Holly Ward because she “wanted to put a smile on the faces of the children”, some of whom would be spending Christmas Day on the ward.
