A group of Year 1 pupils from Crosshall Infant School took part in a medieval day as part of their topic work on castles.
The students visited Warwick Castle and enjoyed a knights tour, which supported their classroom learning.
The medieval day included dancing, with authentic historical musical, a jousting event and a cooking activity. They also enjoyed a medieval banquet created by the school’s catering team.
“The children and staff had a fantastic day and the parents were amazing with their support, sending the children into school in wonderful costumes,” said Vanessa Parker from the school.
