Officers investigating the theft of a cash machine from Newtown Road in Ramsey have located the cash machine and a burnt out vehicle in a field near Upwood.
Forensic examination of the red Mitsubishi L200 vehicle and cash machine is currently ongoing.
The theft happened at the Co-op branch in Newtown Road, about 2.20am on January 8.
Police said that the Mitsubishi was stolen from Baldock, in Hertfordshire, on New Year’s Day.
Officers say they are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the vehicle during this period.
