Police swoop on car in Eaton Socon - two arrested
POLICE officers are searching for a man wanted in connection with a robbery after he fled the scene of an arrest this morning.
Six police vehicles swooped down on three people in a car in Codrington Court in Eaton Socon just after 8am. Two people were arrested on suspicion of robbery and one fled the scene.
A Cambridgeshire Police spokesman said: “One person is outstanding. We are going through the process now of trying to make an arrest.”
In a separate incident police officers were called to Lloyd’s Pharmacy in Ermine Street around 8.30am after a youth was reported making a disturbance.
The youth, described by a passerby, as dark-haired and in his late twenties was seen speaking to officers.
