A NECKLACE and two earrings were stolen in a raid on a home in Hail Weston.
Offenders used a wheelie bin to climb over the garage of the home in Orchard Close. They then smashed the kitchen window to gain access to the house where they stole jewellery.
The burglary happened between 9.45am on Friday and 4.10pm the following day.
Detective Sergeant Susie Mountney, investigating, said: “This jewellery is quite distinctive and I would appeal to anyone who has been offered similar items since this burglary to contact police.”
