Cambridgeshire police are investigating “a serious assault” after an 18-year-old man suffered a facial injury in St Ives on May 30.
The victim was attacked at the pedestrian crossing between Pig Lane and St Audrey’s Lane around 3am, and was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital for treatment.
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and has been bailed to return to Huntingdon Police Station on June 13.
