Cambridgeshire police were called to Huntingdon railway station this morning (Monday), amid reports of concern for a woman.
A large police presence was seen at the scene alongside an East of England Ambulance Service crew at about 8.30am.
Police have since confirmed that the woman is safe.
A spokesman said: "We were called at 8.30am today with reports of concern for a woman at Huntingdon train station.
"Officers and ambulance crews attended the scene and the woman is now safe."
