Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the theft of a diamond ring from an antique shop in St Ives.

Two men went into Hyperion Antique Centre, in Station Road, at about 2pm on May 16 and asked to look at the platinum and diamond cluster ring, valued at £950.

While one of the men distracted a staff member, the other took the ring before both left the shop.

The man police believe took the ring has been described as being white with a shaven head, 5ft 8in, in his late 40s, and of a stocky build.

The other man is also white, 5ft 8in and of stocky build, but with combed back short blonde hair.
