Police in St Neots are appealing for information after a spate of bicycle thefts and car break-ins in the last two weeks.
They are, as follows:
October 25, at 8.40pm, offenders cut through a cable lock and stole and black and white gents bike from outside the Cooperative Foodstore in Great North Road.
October 25/26, overnight, two side panels of a car were damaged, which was on the driveway of a house in Great North Road, Eaton Socon.
October 31, between 7am and 8am, cars in Caldecote Road and Hardwick Road in Eynesbury were broken into after thieves smashed windows and stole items inside.
October 31/November 1, between 8pm and 7am, offenders smash the front passenger window of a black Peugeot car and stole items. During the same time frame, thieves broke into a Vauxhall Corsa in Milestone Close. Items were also stolen from the glove box and rear seat of a car parked in Coleridge Court in Eaton Ford.
November 1/2nd, between 6.30pm and 6.45am, offenders broke into a Ford transit van in Howard Road, Eaton Socon and stole a substantial amount of tools.
November 4, between 6pm and 11.15pm, a gents mountain bike was stolen from outside a property in Great North Road, Eaton Ford.
Police are advising people to shut and lock all doors to home and vehicles and remove valuables, including sat navs, phones, laptops and bags from cars and vans.
Vehicles should be parked in well lit areas, if possible.
