Police surgeries will be conducted in Needingworth on June 12.
Cllr Pegram said that CCC leader, Shona Johnstone, had settled into her new post.
Cllr Rogers said that HDC was making a saving of £60million over the next 10 years.
The new building to replace Pathfinder House was on schedule but the proposals for Castle House had met with some opposition from English Heritage.

He invited views on whether dogs should be allowed to run off leads in public parks. The PC agreed that dogs should be on leads in play areas and sporting venues but could run free in open parks.
No one had offered their services as the 13th parish councillor. The post will now be formally advertised.
