Three councillors attended the November 30 meeting, full minutes available on the Wistow village notice board.
A planning application for The Barn, Mill Farm House, Mill Road, Wistow - change of use, was discussed and, apart from a couple of issues regarding a tree outside the property and concern over the shared driveway, the application was formally approved.
The Anglia in Bloom competition was discussed for the forthcoming year, and a bulb planting day was scheduled in Wistow for December. In the meantime, any donations of planting material or money would be gratefully received.
Several playing field seats had been discarded in the ditch recently, and it was hoped that a method of making these more securely fastened in the playing field would be identified shortly.
The next meeting will be on Thursday, January 25.
