BNP leader Nick Griffin will face no action after he put the address of a gay couple from Huntingdonshire on Twitter.
Mr Griffin urged his followers on the social networking site to stage a demonstration after Michael Black and John Morgan won a landmark court ruling after being turned away from a Berkshire bed and breakfast.
The court ruled that the B&B’s owner had discriminated against the Brampton couple by not allowing them to stay, which prompted Mr Griffin’s tweeting.
However Mr Black and Mr Morgan decided not to make a formal complaint.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Police said: “Following a police investigation and advice from the Crown Prosecution Service no criminal offences were identified.”
