A new councillor has been elected to represent St Neots at Huntingdonshire District Council.
Conservative candidate Ian Gardener won the Priory Park ward seat with 448 votes, compared with 337 for UKIP candidate Carol Gamby and 199 for Angela Hogan, who represented Labour.
The turn out for the election was 15 per cent.
